We all hear about (and unfortunately, some of us experience) the opioid crisis in this country. The following video was sent to us by a reader, a member of the Hood County Democrats…and the sister of Dr. Karen Mahoney, the Deputy Director of Nonprescription Drugs at the FDA.

Since this crisis is so widespread, we think that many of our readers will find this interesting. In the future, you may be able to express support for this initiative—to make Naloxone available over-the-counter—and so help make it happen.
